Description
变桨轴承的作用是旋转安装在轮毂上的叶片,其外圈通过螺栓与轮毂连接,内圈与叶片连接。当风速过高或过低时,通过调整桨叶桨距改变气流对叶片攻角,从而改变风力发电机组获得的空气动力转矩,使功率输出保持稳定。同时风机的起动过程也需要通过变距来获得足够的起动转距。轴承应用环境恶劣、直径小抗倾覆力矩大、维修成本高,通常采用较高的加工精度、“0”游隙装配和表面防腐处理来保证产品的高可靠性和高寿命。
